Let me start off by saying the opening shots of Sam and Dean? THAT IS GOING TO BE ME AND duia IN LIKE TWO WEEKS! THERE WILL BE HOBO CARSLEEPING AND TEETH BRUSHING AT THE SIDE OF THE ROAD. WINCHESTER ROADTRIP FTW.

With everything else, well played show. Well played. New!Winchester was actually rather endearing, but I am quite happy he was dead. I actually cheered because while I am totally okay with the prospect of Castiel riding around in the backseat, there was not room for Chad Michael Winchester.

Loved all the sneaky pics of John. Too bad JDM had to get all famous and too cool for us so we couldn't have an actual flashback.

I really loved Dean in this episode. His jealousy and eventual protectiveness of Adam was spot on for his character. And complete heartbreak at the end when Dean tells Sam that he's just like John. Sorry Sammy, but it really wasn't a compliment. You're both keeping giant secrets.

Speaking of secrets, I totally kept expected Sam to whip out his demon powers on the ghouls. BUT YOUR DNA IS CHANGING SAM. MAYBE BEST TO STOP DRINKING DEMON BLOOD, KTHX.

Promo for next week looks FAB. I cannot stop LOLing that Castiel's vessel is named Jimmy. For some reason that HILARIFIES me.

PS - Everyone should watch "Harper's Island." It's on CBS right after SPN. It has Bobby and old!Ruby and axe murders!
