I randomly downloaded this movie a couple years ago, and it remains the creepiest serial killer movie I've ever seen. "Henry" has nothing on this. I love documentaries and when found footage is done well, I really enjoy that genre. This combines both. Everything about this movie is just so utterly unsettling - the grainy VHS clips, the weird masks. I've watched it half a dozen times over the year and every single time it still gets under my skin.
