Nathaniel Jonsson, thank you so much for this suggestion because I freaking loved this movie. I loved how the monster was never really shown, I loved how the apparitions Trisha was seeing were so unexpected and jarring. The soundtrack was effective, the acting was great, and the dialogue felt realistic. It's not a gorefest or a typical monster movie, and nothing was wrapped up with a pretty bow at the end. Just fantastic.

I'm a bit on the fence about this one. Things I like - I was literally on the edge of my seat the entire time. The tension and the claustrophobia were incredibly effective. Elizabeth Olsen's acting was fantastic. You really believed her fear and she had me holding my breathe with her at a lot of points.

What I'm still not sure about - The plot twist and the ending. I didn't hate it, but the movie did a huge 180. It almost felt like two separate movies.

On the whole though, I thought it was decent. And the shot in one take thing was pretty cool too.
