17. The Evil Within

Another surprise! When I first turned this on, my instant thought was “this is going to be terrrrrible,” but I was surprisingly impressed with this one. The special effects were pretty bad, but the whole thing had a very trippy, surreal quality that I liked a lot. I’m always a fan of the “is he crazy, or is it a monster” trope. Solid movie.
