16. The Silence - Surprisingly good film that’s sort of a cross between “The Mist” and “A Quiet Place” without the giant plot point that pissed me off so much about “A Quiet Place” (namely the idea that you know what would totally improve your life during the apocalypse and not at all get everyone killed? Having a baby when the monsters hunt based on sound.)
The cast was great, and no one made idiotic choices that made me want them to get eaten. I totally would have shot that creepy priest in the head though. Gotta love that the church even has to co-op the apocalypse. All in all, I’d rewatch this one.
17. Little Evil - Fun little horror comedy that’s basically a riff on The Omen. Not my favorite horror comedy out there, but it was definitely entertaining and the kid was super creepy. I just love how well horror translates into comedies.
