This episode was incredible. I watched it with my grandma and I kept flailing CONSTANTLY about how much I loved this ep. Dean torturing Alistair was HOT. Castiel EXISTING is melt my pants off hot. If Christianity actually involved angels that looked like that following me around, I might consider signing up. Of course, the many many impure thoughts I've been having about the angel of the lord pretty much mean I'm going to hell already. Luckily, I'll have good company!

Did not see Uriel being the one killing the angels coming. I mean, Uriel's a giant dick but killing other angels? DAMN.

Sam killing Alistair with the power of his mind bullets? Sam drinking demon blood voluntarily? SAM I LOVE YOU BUT ARE YOU HIGH?

Castiel. Oh Castiel. My love for you grows with every episode. Those quote from Misha about the MASSIVE HOMOEROTIC TENSION between Castiel and Dean? SO MUCH TRUTH. I never thought I could get behind (heh) Dean/anyone other than Sam, but I am really feeling the Castiel love.

I'm glad Anna came back. I love her counseling Castiel on all of his new and exciting emotions.

Normally I'm a huge fan of Dean crying because I'm a terrible person and the boy is just beautiful when he cries, but my heart BROKE for him in the last scene. Feeling like he is the cause of all this death and pain...this might be the thing that finally breaks Dean.

This is my second favorite episode of the season, topped only by "In the Beginning" because Mama Winchester is love. The only thing that possibly could have made this ep any more perfect would have been if they had worked Bobby in somehow.

The only teeny tiny thing I didn't like about this ep was people who aren't Dean calling Castiel "Cas." THAT'S DEAN'S NICKNAME FOR HIS HOT ANGEL KTHX.

GUYS I CAN'T EVEN TALK IT WAS JUST SO GOOD!!!!

As for next week, "Tabula Rasa" anyone? Kripke, thank you for stealing one more awesome thing from Buffy please please please can you steal a bodyswap episode next? (Also Dean and Casitel making out a little bit would be nice too.)

You know, I really wish my Mom could have seen the rest of the season. The last ep she saw was "Yellow Fever," and she really loved this season. "In the Beginning" was her favorite ep. She loved "Monster Movie" too. She thought Castiel was awesome. I'm just in such awe of how incredible this season is and I just really wish I could share this with my Mom. She'd really think it was hilarious that I was reading more angelporn than wincest!
