Update because I am lame and lazy and fail at LJ lately

Life has been CRAZY for the past freaking two months. Mandatory overtime at work, hella commitments with people, just generally exhausting. Today was the greatest day ever because I took a me day. I slept until noon. I spent the entire day in a sweatshirt and flannel pants camped out in my bed with my laptop and my remote. I ate deliciously unhealthy food. I spent around $60 on BPAL (WHY DID I GET A NEW EXPENSIVE OBSESSION WHY???). I got caught up on like two weeks worth of tv (Moonlight and Reaper are both made of awesome), and watched a giant shark eat people in Deep Blue Sea. This was seriously the greatest day I've had in weeks. I SO NEEDED THIS.

Next Sunday, the teenager is coming here! I'm a bit nervous about having Kyle come up here just because my bedroom is very much an expression of ME. Showing someone else my space is just sooooo nervewracking for me. Plus he's going to be meeting my Mom. Of course, my Mom freaking adores him already. (Seriously, I have this photo tacked to my corkboard and my Mom utters some variation of "He's just so damn cute" everytime she walks by.)




SPN has been rocking my freaking pants off so far this season. All my tv has been rocking my pants off. I also may ahve promised Duia that I'll watch Heroes. Because that's what I needed, another show. Supernatural, Prison Break, Grey's Anatomy, Private Practice, Bones, House, Reaper, and Moonlight. Plus One Tree Hill, Nip/Tuck, and The Shield when they start up. Oh and I have to download the new Dexter. Dammit tv, stop being so awesome.

I would seriously shrivel up and die without my DVR.
